This is a uniform that is large enough for a modern woman to wear which is a rarity! All the insignia is original to the uniform. The overalls and leggings came with the uniform. The tie, blouse and hat are all original to the uniform as well.
The tag on the inside of jacket reads size 38 short. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16 1/2 inches. Jacket Waist is 38 inches. Skirt Waist is 33 inches with an inch to let out.
Hips on skirt is 46 inches. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam on jacket is 17 inches. Shoulder seam to end of cuff is 23 1/2 inches. The skirt is 27 inches from waist band to hem.The Coveralls are a large size - made to fit over clothing. They have a few stains. The blouse has a small stain in the front that can be seen in the picture. Also includes a pair of rare women's leggings in excellent condition. The Garrison Cap is a size 22. The jacket has a 5th Service Command patch on the right shoulder and 13th Armored on the left. They were allowed to wear their previous unit patch on the right shoulder and their new unit patch on the left.
As far as I know Emma was transferred to Camp Beal in California were she was part of the 13th Armored unit. Camp Beal is now an Air Force Base.Please feel free to ask questions.
