THE PICTURES DO SHOW CAMERA SHADOWS, LIGHT REFLECTIONS.. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL (60 to 80 - YEARS OLD) CASE XX MADE IN BRADFORD, PA. KNOWN AS A BIG HUNTER, SKINNING MADE BETWEEN 1940 AND 1964 ONLY. IT IS IN GREAT USED CONDITION AND IS ALL TIGHT AND RIGHT WITH A FULL BLADE, RAZOR SHARP THAT HAS BEEN RESHARPENED WITH BEAUTIFUL THICK AND MATCHING INDIA STAG HANDLES (SEE PICTURES). THE KNIFE IS AS TIGHT AND NICE AS THE DAY IT LEFT THE FACTORY FLOOR, TIGHT AND VERY WELL TAKEN CARE FOR ITS COMPLETE LIFETIME.
THE KNIFE MEASURES 10-1/4 OVERALL. IT HAS A 5-7/8" SABER GRIND AND A 4" SWEDGE OR FALSE EDGE ON THE TOP SPINE, WITH GROOVED THUMB NOTCHES ON THE REAR SPINE, WHERE THE KNIFE DOES NOT SLIP WHEN USING. THE TANG IS STAMPED CASE (SEE PICTURES). THE HANDLES ARE BOTH BEAUTIFUL THICK DARK MATCHING STAG WITH NO CRACKS, CHIPS OR ANY IMPERFECTIONS, SOME OF THE VERY BEST I HAVE SEEN! IT ALSO HAS A METAL FINGER GUARD AND AN ALUMINUM REAR POMMEL WITH NO SCRATCHES OR DINGS. IT COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL CASE XX LEATHER SHEATH THAT IS A VERY RARE FIND ALL THE STITCHING AND RIVETS IN GREAT CONDITION, WITH THE TOP HANDLE STRAP AND SNAP BUTTON WORKS GOOD ALSO. THE KNIFE HAS NOT BEEN STORED IN THE SHEATH FOR A LONG TIME.
