Top snap of sheath does snap but some leather cracked off from dryness most likely. Bottom snap fell off also from dryness. Bottom of large blade adjusts for tightness of blade.
It currently is tight but bottom appears unaligned. If it is perfectly aligned then handle would be loose. This could be perfectly normal, I'm no expert.It was my fathers for decades. Size: Small blade overall length is about 5 inches. Large blade overall length is about 9 inches.
