It is hand painted by the artist Brian Blackmore. There are some areas that looks like it's dirty but that is part of the piece done as shading. There is also an area on Donald's hat that was also done by the artist.

Since it is hand painted you have to very careful if you try to clean it. The paint could come off. Donald is 13.5 Tall. It will also be insured by UPS for the value.
