The sign flickers similarly to the sign of the real-life DCA Tower of Terror. Along with the lights, there is the sound of a woman screaming intermittently. Note: Requires 3 AA batteries. A few of the exterior trees on the side has broken off and been re-glued. Sound and lights work perfectly!
