Iron Man #1 (1968, Cover Replaced, Comic Skin Slab, 1st App in Own Title)? KEY

Iron Man #1 (1968 Cover Replaced, Comic Skin Slab with Custom Label, 1st Appearance In His Own Title)? The book has had some restoration done to it, it has white pages, it has all the same original content from cover to cover & contains all the original ads, nothing is missing and nothing has been removed in regards to the interior. It also comes in a Comic Skin Slab with a custom label (grade on the label is NOT a real grade) as you can see in the photos above but it is not officially graded.

It can be sent to a third party grading service if you so choose but it would only receive a "NG" and not "officially graded" due to it not having the "restoration", cover replaced with new staples, done in house, at least that is my understanding but i could be wrong.
