Acquired from the estate of an avid art collector, we are offering for sale this rare, very large scale stands 5-feet tall! Vintage big eye lady paper mâché statue / sculpture by world renowned Mexican folk artist, ABELARDO RUIZ. All-over hand painting, primarily in shades of red.

Signed by artist both underneath and on the side. This sculpture may have been a commissioned piece at one time or used as a store display. We conducted exhaustive research and could find no other like it. Thus, we consider it a rare piece.
